Grub Next Generation upload server 0.8.1 released

Next beta version of Grub Next Generation C# upload server is available. Changes since last release (0.8):

- fixed bug with crash uploader on invalid HTML META tag
- fixed bug with crash uploader on invalid data in file
- fixed bug with crash uploader on connect to Solr
- fixed bug with crash server on invalid HTTP status code in .arc file
- fixed bug with crash server on prematurely closed connection
- added write to Solr only this pages which can be converted to UTF-8
- added remove all control characters from Solr UpdateXML
- added write more informations about sent .arc file to database
- added prevent from resend only valid .arc files
- added API command to find user in database
- added information about amount of invalid .arc files sent by users
- some code optimization
